After the explosive interview of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, it is global icon Priyanka Chopra who has appeared in an interview with Oprah Winfrey. The actress is currently in the news because of her memoir titled Unfinished that has become the bestselling book in New York. There is a lot of buzz around Unfinished as Priyanka Chopra has penned about her struggle and more in the book. Now, she has got candid with Oprah about the same.

In a promo video that has made its way to the internet, Oprah Winfrey asks Priyanka Chopra if the lockdown due to Coronavirus pushed her to write her memoir and the actress stated that it partly played the role. Priyanka stated that she decided to write her book in the year 2018 but through her hectic schedule she just could not. She further went on to add that she is a little bit more confident then what she was in her 20s. She said, "I felt like I could leave behind the insecurities of my 20s and not worry about the things that used to scare me before. I have a little bit more confidence in myself and what I bring to the table, professionally, personally. I think that really helped me address my life."

Priyanka mentioned that she always wanted to write a book and joked that she thought writing about herself was the easiest thing to do.
